Why this series of novellas has not come to the attention of some Hollywood mogul is beyond me. This is the second one I have read and Steve Braker makes the action so vivid as well as the scenery and characters that you have no trouble picturing it all in your mind’s eye. I would love to read a longer novel about Mr. Brody.

Memorable characters, plenty of action and surprises, set in a paradise only unspoiled beaches deliver. Fascinating underwater life along with the hazards of diving alone. An outstanding place to relax and enjoy. However, cutthroat gangs armed with the cheap but durable and plentiful AK-47 threaten the peaceful population subsisting on the plentiful bounty out of the seas. Toss in a beautiful nun and all kinds of things happen. Well worth the time. Asante sana, Bwana cuba!

African Treasure: is the second novella in William Brody’s African Ocean Adventure Novella Series I am really enjoying this series as each book in the series is actually a novella the reading goes quite quickly – the only drawback is it leaves you craving for novella #3! Steve is a talented and gifted author. This book is unique. African Treasure kept me spellbound from page one to the very last word! The tension and relationships are beautifully written and will keep readers coming back for more. I got chills up my spine more than once. I can’t wait to see what happens next. I recommend this novel and would read more novels by this author.
